Should have extensive experience with Job board, Networking, vendors & Referral handling.
Should be hands on in IT recruitment.
Should be responsible for initial short listing of profiles in accordance to the job requirements in hand, maintaining interview schedule process, finalizing the offer, preparing the offer and following up till joining.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Incumbent must have exp. into all the channel mix like: sourcing thru portals, job boards, vendors, social networking sites, references, head hunting.
Must be clear in thoughts in managing stakeholders.
Ability to deal with internal and external clients with tact and diplomacy
Ability to understand the delivery needs, establish credibility and build effective relationships with them.
