Job Description

1. Will be responsible for setting up the Direct Sales Team (DST) and the empanelment of sales channels (in the future)
2. DST Channel consists of Business Development Managers & Business Development Officer
3. Organizing regular training regarding product updates for the sales team
4. Focus onquality sourcing and achievement of desired productivity levels through continuous mentoring & monitoring
5. Maintaining the cost of acquisition at expected level
6. Should keep the attrition levels down to the expected levels
7. Creation of Daily MIS and Daily Performance Trackers
8. Should be able to travel and cover all Hub and Spoke locations monthly
9. Will be overall responsible for the performance and behavior of asset quality the personal loan book
