Partner with external teams, consulting organizations to design and implement leadership development strategies and programs that will help, develop and retain talents.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of learning solutions and learning methodologies to deliver the solutions.
Create the Leadership and Management development architecture including design and deployment of role based leadership development programs, change management frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs.
Review the programs in line with market trends and current learning methodologies
Partner with training vendors and HR generalists in building capability frameworks and development plans for talents, career planning, skill development, Industry Institute partnership
Coach and supervise a team of talent development professionals
Should have minimum 10 years of experience with a PG in Human Resource from reputed university.
Should have hands on experience in leadership development, career planning, skill development and Industry Institute Partnership.
Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks
Ability to effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
Be self-directed and motivated and ability to work across cultures
