Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
To ensure recruitment targets through Vendors/Channel partners are met.
To ensure searching for and addition of new Vendors/channel partners to increase this team size currently around 130+, and the idea is to take it to over 250 by end of this Financial Year.
To ensure collection of dues from clients and then payout to vendors their share as per agreement
To manage vendor relationships and build a strong vibrant channel, which is aligned to Teamlease goals, through activities which ensure transparency of information, reward and recognition mechanisms for performing vendors, through regular communication, and when required, special activities/meetings aimed at vendor/channel motivation.
To have oversight over the Vendor Executives of Teamlease who are in the 4 zones and key offices, and who manage the first line communication with vendor channel, and push mandates and recruitment closures through them.
To have a strategic mindset which keeps seeking new or better ways to improve the health of this channel.
Technically savvy person, who can quickly understand and work on the cloud based system used by Temp Sourcing team
To be able to work closely with key stakeholders and be responsive to their queries and requirements including Ops, BD.

Desired Skills
People Management skills should have led successfully, a team of at least 3 people or more for a couple of years.
Client Relationship Skills have experience of two plus years dealing with clients of an organization could be in areas including for customer relationships, for escalation/escalated issues and fire-fighting, for general relationship building or management or sales and business development.
Work Capabilities a background in recruitment or sourcing or executive search would be a definite advantage; however people with a background in franchise management or event management or vendors/ business partner/dealer/channel management would also be encouraged to apply. A minimum experience of around 2 years or more is expected in these areas.
Comfortable working with remote, pan India based vendor channel.
