Job Description

Business and strategic responsibility

Act as a Technical pre-sales interfacing with Sales & End Customers in realizing business opportunities.
Support Department in realizing business opportunities within the Infrastructure area.
Architecting & reviewing technical solutions including risks involved to suit diverse business requirements.
Collaboration with pre-sales / Project managers to ensure responses to business opportunities.
Assess Technology trends and related impact on existing service lines. Strategise with delivery teams to respond to these trends.
Clearly articulate business vision from technical perspective.


Ensure optimal technical Collaboration with Project teams to ensure excellence in project delivery.
Implementation of technical vision for the Infrastructure domain.
Customer Satisfaction Responsibility for technical deliverables in areas identified ensuring customer delight.
Ensuring Competency development for Architect & Specialists.


Technical Associate development and engagement within department.
Mentoring of Architects/specialists.
Facilitate problem solving and collaboration within teams.
Associate Development via HR instruments in the company.
Interfaces and influencing
Engage, influence & convince Customer teams
Engagement via customer visits, project acquisition etc

Process and Technology

Understanding of the technical and project management aspects of the projects.
Support Knowledge management
Support Department level initiatives for technical and business excellence.

Skills :

Overall 12 years of experience in B2B EDI Domain with active technical implementation experience for over 4+ years
Experience in End to End B2B EDI implementations and exposure to multiple EDI tools (e.g SAP PI, Webmethods, ARIBA Supplier Network etc)
Exposure to latest B2B EDI/EAI trends with various industry verticals (E.g Automotive Industry, Health care, Banking, retail etc)
Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
Willing to travel and support Sales teams for technical engagements in opportunities.
Future Focussed and result oriented.
