Job Description

This position is for one of our clients. They are the leaders in their business category and have very strong brand presence.

Main responsibilities of RSM who would be responsible for North East and West Bengal region are given below :

Achievement of sales targets - volume & value wise
Distributors Management - appointments, sales targets, stock reconciliation, payment reconciliation, stocks / inventory
Introduction of approved trade schemes
Team Management - setting targets for their sales team, supervision of target achievement, grievance handling, administrative approvals
