Job Description

Scope of work:
General manger Marketing & Sales will be responsible for Planning & Executing of all the Marketing & Sales activities of the organization.
Main Expectation from this position is to Maximize Sales & Revenue by coordinating and motivating Sales Team. Hell be responsible for Market development of Bio product and services of the company.
Key Responsibilities Area:

Responsible for the Sales & Marketing activities of the organization.
Planning plus executing of Sales & Marketing Activities for all the Products and Services.
Establishment of Dealers/Distributors/Clients and Institutional marketing & Sales procedure set up.
Independently handle the team members to deliver results on a timely basis and in a Professional manner.
Providing leadership and Inspiration to the Marketing & Sales Officers to achieve their goals and objective.
Regular Meetings / Interaction with the Sales Officers, Field Officer for solving the problems related to product and services.
To push sales team for Sales and timely payment recovery from clients.
Collect a Detail Reports and communicate to management on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
Maintain record of all the reports product wise and sales wise.
Maintaining Meeting Agenda for DSR, Weekly & monthly Meetings with team and Management.
Implement Customer Relationship Activities on regular basis.
Taking review of the product development in Market.
Coordinating with other Adverting Agencies, PR Companies & other Departments to create awareness.
Assist Management team to design Print Media, Marketing Brochure and Materials for branding Activities.
Create and Maintain Prospective Client Database for various / future products.
Market survey and collection of new ideas/products/schemes from market by keeping close eye on Competitors.
Meetings with Distributors, Dealers and even with High Net worth Farmers.
Co-ordination with Accounts Dept. for Order Processing and Invoice.
Over see the Dispatch / Delivery Process to the Clients.
Attend, Organise & Represent various events, exhibitions and Trade show.
Conduct & Deliver Seminars to create awareness of the product and services of co.
Co-ordinate with HR / Admin Dept. for recruitment, appointment of the sales & Marketing Team.
Provide Sales Training, Product Training to the new Joinies / sales team members.
Ensure, smooth operations and co-ordination of entire Marketing Dept. with all other department and Management team members.
Co-ordinate sales team for collection.
Complaint handling and Grievances management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: MBA, Marketing + Any graduate (Candidate from B Sc. Background will be preferred)
Work Experience: Preferably 10 to 15 yrs experienced in Bio Tech / Fertilizers/ Agro Industry/ Relevant Experience
Age 35 to 45 Years (Exception for right candidates);
Gender: Male

Strong Managerial Skills of People Management with Can do Attitude
Excellent in Sales Planning & Business Development Activities.
Should be Able to understand the Customer, Market and Its needs
Good Communication Skills English, Marathi and Hindi
Target & Result Oriented approach.
Knowledge of current Agricultural Market, Seasons and products.
Should always open for travel and taking
