? To provide a vital on-the-job training for the fresh recruits in the sales force of the company, introducing them to the various facets of the market and familiarizing them with the hard ground realities of the cut-throat competitive market scenario.
? To implement company policies and schemes in designated area.
? Responsible to submit all reports and claims as per the company timelines.
? Responsible to prepare liquidation plan for slow moving products and other damage/expired stocks.
? Ensure cost optimization and work disciplines.
? Identify uncovered markets and appoint new distributor(s) for coverage.
? Expand existing coverage through uncovered outlets.
? Appointment of ISRs and S.Os. in the vacant areas.
