Job Description

Good communication (written and spoken) and demonstrates active listening skills
Basic knowledge of MS-Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
Knowledge of PeopleSoft version 9 or higher would be added advantage
Knowledge of Manager Self Service tools would be added advantage
Knowledge of Market tools applications
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application - Salesforce preferably
Basic knowledge of HR processes and back-end operations
Experience in interacting with global customers
