Job Description

Responsible for TIBCO Americas subscription renewals.
Lead a team of subscription renewal Reps.
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly results.
Establish renewals sale plan for Americas
Manager, strategize, and monitor Reps on their renewals.
Identify up selling opportunities when appropriate
Maintain subscription data accuracy.
Manage workflow to include all America time zones
Knowledge and skill in use of Salesforce CRM.
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; strong record keeping skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, independent work skills
