Level 3 engineer in voice support having experience with
1. CUCM - Troubleshooting and configurations
2. Unity connections
4. Routing & switching
5. Collaboration tools like Jabber.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain the enterprise voice over IP Infrastructure
- Analyse problems, recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet business objectives
- Products (Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco CUCX Express or CUEE, Cisco Voice Gateway Shoretel IP telephony, Shoretel Voice mail Server, Shoretel Voice gateway)
- CISCO version CUCM 7.x to latest version 10.x or 10.5.2
- Have clear understanding of Cisco network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.
- Good implementation/troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT & CUCX, scripts.
- Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Shoretel IP telephony. Having worked on Shoretel devices will add more value
- Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP
- Should be comfortable working in on-call environment.
