Job Description

Provide market intelligence and analysis to top management based on extensive primary/ secondary research on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Anchor business expansion and lead generation with sales team to reach to prospects with effective implementation of digital marketing strategies SEO,SMO, PPC, Google AdWords etc.
Strategize and Implement branding, digital, ATL/ BTL promotions, market research and New Product launch including segmenting, targeting, positioning and differentiation (STPD).
Create Marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, standees, event invites, presentations, content on internal portals, company website etc. for internal and external branding and publish newsletters/ mailers with latest updates.
Unlock the digital networking platform by digitalizing Interaction with potential customer in social media via Webinars, LinkedIn, Twitter, What Sapp, Facebook, YouTube etc.
Conduct market research and track/ benchmark compitetors product/ service launches.
Coordinate with field staff and sales chain to analyze/ review sales/ distribution pattern.
Create Annual Marketing Budget plan to host events, exhibitions and workshops.
Plan and monitor client calling campaigns to explore untapped markets.
Measure impact of each campaign, optimize best ROI and regularly share key performance metrics with management and key stakeholders.
Strategic consultation to help clients realize their goals, providing recommendations and solutions as per the client requirements.
Market Research to explore latest market trends, understand the industry and recommend services on the basis of the analysis based on market size.
Responding to RFIs, RFPs and PQQs -Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
Work closely with pre-sales to review/ Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposal, BOQ, including Online/ Offline Bidding for Tenders, Planning of Order booking, Contract Review etc.
Liaison with Global counterparts for knowledge sharing, support etc.
Previous/ current experience of working with similar companies like GE, Alstom, ABB, ERL, Siemens, Omicron, PCI, L&T, Scope, Megger, Aeberle, MTE, Morgan Schaffer, Vaishala, Powertest Asia, Camlin, Josts, Madhav electricals and similar companies will be preferred.

BE/ B.Tech/ Mass Communication with 5+ year experience in implementing B2B digital marketing strategies SEO,SMO, PPC, Google AdWords etc for effective branding and lead generation.
Hands-on branding, digital, ATL/ BTL promotions, market research and New Product launch.
Ability to create Marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, standees, event invites, presentations, content on internal portals, company website etc. for internal and external branding and publish newsletters/ mailers with latest updates.
Ability to plan and monitor client calling campaigns to explore untapped markets and lead generation.
Very strong English communication and presentation skills.
Previous/ current experience of working with similar companies like GE, Alstom, ABB, ERL, Siemens, Omicron, PCI, L&T, Scope, Megger, Aeberle, MTE, Morgan Schaffer, Vaishala, Powertest Asia, Camlin, Josts, Secure Meters and similar companies will be preferred.

BE/ B.Tech/ Mass Communication 5+ Yrs exp. Implement B2B digital mktg strategies. Plan/ monitor client calling campaigns. Benchmark competitors product/ service launches. Analyze and review sales distribution pattern.
