Job Description

Coach, mentor and educate recruitment team members to ensure the delivery of these targets in terms of service and quality, client and candidate satisfaction, financials and continuous improvement.
Drive and lead country level implementation of global talent acquisition priorities and projects. Support deployment of key talent acquisition tools enhancing recruitment technology, digital & social experience.
Develop market knowledge and help recruitment delivery team to build capability to promote the company as an employer of choice and enhance overall employee experience with the company
Build and develop relationship with key functional leaders to deliver a high degree of engagement between business and recruiting.
Provide strategic and tactical resourcing advice to leaders and business heads to facilitate the creation of robust and achievable recruiting plans.
Analyze and review recruiting metrics on a periodic basis with key stakeholders. Identify trends and proactively address business risks.
Act as a resource for recruiting questions and assist in preparation, production and delivery of presentations to global stakeholders

Functional Attributes:

15+ years of experience with in-depth understanding of talent sourcing principles, technologies, processes and attraction strategies.
Significant exposure of high pace, high intellect recruiting environments.
Excellent program management skills to enable implementation of cross functional projects with the ability to demonstrate active delivery of accountabilities within a matrix environment.
Experience in managing through shared resources, with an ability to appreciate and nurture diversified cultural styles.
Able to demonstrate the capability to manage large and complex budgets and resources within a matrix and global environment.
Direct exposure of running an outsourced recruitment model would be preferred.
