Some of the key responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome guests
Maintaining the ID and other visitors cards
Attending incoming calls and redirecting them to concern departments or keeping messages
Receive letters, packages etc. from the courier service and get them distributed to the concerned receiver
Check, sort and forward mails.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
In charge of utilities and maintenance of furniture
Arranging transportation for Guests, delegates.
Assisting the Admin responsibilities
Maintain the all staff attendance record in computer.
Interacting with visitors (candidates/vendors etc).
Handling Queries through phone calls and email.
Maintain a general updated contact list.
Preparing and Maintaining Documents, Database & Files and MIS reports related to Administration
Coordinate Internal Meetings.
Courier Tracking Report, Bill Checking.
Appointment Fixing with the Director.
