Job Description

Job Responsibilities
The client comes first: Focus on prioritizing client communication and service deliverables
Meeting SLAs: Manage assigned deliverables as per agreed client expectations. Responsible for daily accounting operation and accounting entries posting for GL, bank reconciliation, BS reconciliation, Internal Reporting and Regulatory reporting for Australia (APRA).
Innovations: Improve service delivery by continuous process improvements
Culture: Efficiency is our culture and that should be a reflection of the work at all times

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
CA or CWA or Post Graduate in Commerce
Extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance Accounting
Extensive Accounting and Reporting experience (5-6 years)
Experience in Australia Regulatory/APRA Reporting. Understanding of all the quarterly/annually APRA schedules submitted.
Strong excel skills and knowledge of access is a plus

Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong in managing and ensuring up to date process documentation.
