Define project standards and ensure their use, perform complex event-driven infrastructure implementations
Identifying problems and recommend appropriate solutions for companies in a wide variety of circumstances
Assist in identifying project requirements, strategies and schedules in support of project/initiatives analysis and prioritization
Play a role in the development to promote team morale and productivity, such as participating in hiring process, team assignments, and cross training etc
Provide guidance and technical direction to team members and the rest of PSG as appropriate
Recognize accomplishments, provide feedback of other members of the team and assist in the definition of work objectives and desired outcomes to the technical team.
