Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about training in an organization that values its culture and people tremendously. The individual needs to be a thought leader, who is perseverant to see things through. The individual should be able to think through clearly in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to develop content and deliver the same with customization to the audience level across locations in India.
2. Deliver sales and behavioral trainings
3. Conduct induction of new joinees
4. Conduct TNA for all business units and be able to quantify post training effectiveness
5. Work closely with business to ensure that trainings have business impact
6. Ability to conduct / facilitate trainings across hybrid (classroom/online/gamification) platforms
7. Ideate and implement employee engagement initiatives across the organization
8. Update MIS trackers

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred)
2. Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in sales and behavioral trainings
3. Should be flexible in traveling across India for delivery of trainings
4.
5. Should have abreast with global trends in training
6. Proven ability to train across cross-functional teams
7. A very positive and can-do attitude
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (should also speak good Hindi)
9. Good platform skills as a facilitator
