We have job opportunity for one of the BIG4 located in Mumbai for the position of Assistant Manager(Internal Audit).
Roles & Responsibility:
Assist organizations in improving their operational and compliance procedures to attain high standards of continuous compliance to applicable laws
Interpret statutes and laws and develop legal compliance checklists for use by in-house client teams for compliance monitoring
Conduct process and transaction audits to ascertain extent and nature of non compliance
Participate as a key team member/ lead on compliance/ audit/ advisory projects
Assist team leaders/ project managers in accomplishing project objectives in a team environment
Assist client personnel, senior management and co-auditors in interpreting and understanding laws and associated risks of non compliance
Review and assess current level of regulatory compliance for applicable laws
Develop recommendations / suggest procedural changes to better ensure compliances
Ensure effective and efficient execution of assignments in conformance with professional and quality standards, budgets and timelines
Proficient in the use of automated work papers and other department and company tools
Maintains legal competency through ongoing professional development
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Having Hands on experience in Internal Audit.
2. Having CA+ 3-5 years of Experience in Internal Audit.
3.Must have experience in Pharma Industry.
