- To lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across South India
- Shall be responsible for Sales Target. Must be able to guide & help the team for entire sales cycle.
- Must be able to use industry contacts to identify, build & close large deals.
- Interact with Sr. members within the organization from Delivery, Support and Commercial to help reduce the sales cycle for the team.
- Responsible for sales across all channels, i.e wholesale, retail, modern trade
- Will need to oversee distribution of product, to ensure availability across the country
