Reporting : Reports to the CEO
Job Description :
- Responsible for Organizing Sales, Planning, and Profitability of the region.
- Involved in Brand Management, Sales forecasting / demand planning, vendor management, and Manpower Hiring / Training / Retention.
- Monitoring the market environment and competitor activities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy at Regional level.
- Supervising the sales team and ensuring achievement of sales target.
- Setting monthly target and action plan.
- Strategic planning for the process; setting up operational goals and performance objectives, monitor and improve performance.
- The candidate should have min 10 years of experience into channel sales focusing on Agriculture or FMCG products.
- Should have good team handling experience.
