Openings for Zonal Manager - Paints / Coatings for a Leading Paint Company
Responsible for the entire west zone.
Achievement of revenue budget for the zone wise, state wise product line budget
Will be responsible for both Direct and Dealer business.
Accountable for reporting subordinate team members
Ensure consistent growth in market share.
Achievement of collection objectives
Responsible for maintaining effective customer relationship.
Addressing customer complaints with a view to settling them to his satisfaction.
Identify large new accounts / upcoming projects and map product need, decision centers and generate business.
Help in formulating strategies to push company's products.
To create preference in the targeted accounts / new projects.
Good commercial acumen
Manage depot and branch operations as required in West Zone.
Would be involved in frequent customer visits / travelling
Should be 3 years of handling a Manager / Deputy manger level role (Mandatory requirement)
Sales experience in industrial product or chemicals / Experience Key Account role in Industrial/ B2B sales/Institutional environment is preferred.
The candidate having experience in Coatings is preferable.
Candidate handling a state or more than that is preferable
Industry background Coatings / Adhesives/ speciality chemicals
Experience: 8 Years 12 Years
BE / BTech / B.Sc, PGDM (optional).
