Job Description

The Director -- Sales & Marketing will have strong experience and understanding in eCommerce 2.0, and build out a sales team that will include

a) inbound call team for customers that call in on the phone

b) an eSales team that will be responsible for achieving sales targets on the website and

c) a sales operations team to execute a comprehensive sales strategy including online and phone sales, developing processes and metrics

The role requires strong skills to personally build, train and lead a skilled and effective sales team. Individual will have overall P&L sales responsibility including annual sales targets, team hiring, and building out and driving the sales operations.

This position is based in Mumbai and may require some travel around India. The company will offer a competitive salary, an attractive bonus plan and standard company benefits.
