1.Drive the Change Management
2.Drive the HR Vision
3.Talent Development, Leadership Development& Training
4.HR Budgeting, Manage and control the staff cost
5.Capabality Building
6.Drive the Employee engagement
7.Talent Management initiatives
8.Compensation Management, salary benchmarking
9.Implementation of ISO, TQM, Process Improvementinitiatives
10. Performance Management, KRA, Goal Setting.
11. Rewards & Recognition management, incentive schemes.

Industrial Relation :
1.Statutory Compliance Management
2.Contract LabourManagemen
3.Liaisoning with BMC, Factory Inspector, Labour Department, PF, ESIC, Local police station, Fire Department etc.

Across Functional Coordination :
1.Drive the Company's Vision, Mission & Values
2.To co-ordinate with functional heads implementation of all the HR initiatives
3.Implementation of Corporate level Initiatives
4.Cost rationalization & productivity improvement initiatives
