Job Description

Manage and Execute Our Sales and Revenue Strategy
* Develop long-term strategies and near-term tactics for maintaining existing business relationships and uncovering new business opportunities
* Use relevant market and customer research to assess market potential and identify appropriate new business opportunities
* Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies
* Provide ongoing inspirational leadership to the entire sales organization
* Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful programs
* Be an active member of the Management Team driving cross-functional organizational change as required to meet Company Strategy
Actively Ensure We Meet Our Sales Goals
* Participate actively in the selling process, including existing client visitations/meetings and new prospect presentations
* Drive a partnership between marketing, creative services and the sales team to develop strategic responses
* Participate in development of standard pricing models
* Represent the Company in industry associations and at trade events
* Develop and implement sales selling cycle and methodology based on market research and competitor analyses
* Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
* Manage the sales support budget
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
* Post Graduates - preferably MBA

* Post Graduates - preferably MBA
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in MS office
