Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Meeting & exceeding revenue & gross margin quotas of self and team
Sharpening focus and direction of the sales team towards short term and long term goals
Employing distinct strategies for hunting & farming
Increasing average deal size as well as signing larger multi-year deals
Assessing competence of existing team members & hiring top notch IMS sales professionals as replacements as needed.

Mature professional with significant experience in the IMS Industry
Established credentials in building and growing a sales organization of equivalent scale
Understanding of the entire portfolio of IMS offerings
Experience of onshore/offshore delivery model
Experience of working with culturally diverse team(s)
C-level customer contacts
Selling large complex IM deals
