Should have immense experience of land procurement of more than 650 acres, pursuant thereto due diligence for the land to be acquired, title search from sub-registrar office and revenue department, obtaining the NOCs execution and registration of the sale deeds, MOUs, ATS as the case may be. Further drafting & execution of affidavit, declaration & other documents related thereto, purchase the stamp papers for registration, Mutation in revenue department, procure the actual possession of the purchased land, coordinate with land acquisition officer, collector, SDM, tehsildar, Kanoongo & Patwari for land procurement related matters, smooth coordination between the land owner broker and the company for purchasing the land
Drafting of MOU's, GPA's Deed of Undertaking, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, & Other Conveyance Documents & registration of Sale Deeds, Title Verification of Land from revenue record. Preparing Documents for Licences from DTCP Haryana & other statutory requirement. Keeping Record of Licence & Conveyance Documents. To fulfill statutory requirements of DTCP Haryana for Grant of Licnece. To follow up pending Legal Cases in District Courts Sonipat mainly ownership dispute with Land Owners to follow up mutations process with Revenue Authenties. Other day to dayLegal assignments. Land and License due diligence for company.
