Business HR Global Budgets
MBA HR from one of the Premier Business Schools, with a minimum of 14 years versatile experience of managing business HR, preferably from pharmaceutical background.
Must have strong understanding of the L&D processes and needs in the Sales & marketing functions of pharma industry.
Should be heading business HR of a company - pharma or FMCG- with a sales staff exceeding 3000 people.
Must have requisite topographic and trade knowledge of different pharma markets globally.
Must have requisite leadership qualities and top-of-the-line communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
