The ideal candidate must have
At least 4-9+ years of total experience in Recruiting
At least 2-3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target
Strong communication and inter personal skills
Ability to work independently and Multitask in a fast paced environment.
Candidate with valid B1 or H1 is preferred but not mandatory as we are open to offer a work visa.
A suitable candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working with direct clients requirements. (W2 recruiter)
Should have good communication skills.
Must have a full time Bachelor's degree in any major.
