Responsible for technical training initiatives for the credit risk control function
Build relationships with leadership team, understand their training requirements and partner with them training needs in operations.
Design and develop ready-to-use training modules for all products across credit risk
Work towards standardizing training material and trainer notes across units.
Provide assistance to the trainers, training coordinators to prepare and complete the system based modules
Work closely to facilitate implementation of curriculum and delivery of new joiners training for process and systems
Share training best practices across the organization and help other business units for best practices
Monitor and analyze data and trends to identify potential training opportunities, needs, and issues
Co-ordinate with unit specific trainers to ensure that the basics are refreshed through tests conducted on a quarterly basis.
