Main job responsiblities:
People and Capability Development:
o To support long-term business ambition in India
o Building a talent pipeline at Sales Rep, FLSM & SLSM levels.
o Develop competency development strategy,
o Identifying Training needs & developing programs at different levels of Sales function.
o Building medical credibility of the medical sales team
o Building Commercial credibility of the Trade sales team
Build a training team
o Design and recruit the training delivery team
o Create and implement Training Department, policy, processes and initiatives.
o Designing of training program and calendar for field force & monitoring the execution of all training as per plans.
o Lead the training team to deliver continuous Field Force Training (both class room & field training/coaching)
o Induction program for new joinees at all levels.
o Designing a robust tracking mechanism to measure the effectiveness of competency development progress and all training programs.
Business partnering to drive central initiative,
o Collaborating with cross functions to prioritize and monitor multiple projects to build a high performing commercial organization.
o Provide Support along with Medico-Marketing during cycle meeting to strengthen in call quality.
