You will provide advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and state-owned businesses as well as Financial institutions including private equity clients.
- You guide them through major transactions, operational changes and strategic decisions - helping with anything from a merger or a fraud investigation to providing ideas that enhance business performance.
Job description and responsibilities:
Our Transactions Group offers fully integrated pre- and post- deal services including financial, internal control and information systems, human resource, commercial, operational and tax due diligence, deal advice and post deal integration.
We assist vendors, strategic buyers and financial Investors in structuring and negotiating deals uncovering potential risks or opportunities to deliver deal value to our clients. We are recruiting associates for the Financial Due Diligence team who will assist in providing deal related services, principally from a financial and accounting perspective to both financial and strategic buyers, and vendors.
- The associates will spend two years in our Assurance Department to gain the relevant accounting expertise and analytical skills, before joining the Transactions Group.
