1. Basic knowledge on VoIP
2. Basic knowledge of working on Linux or Red Hat or Windows Server
3. Experience in capturing logs from Linux/Windows machine and reading the log files.
4. Have basic telecom knowledge on IP Phone/Skype
5. Knowledge on client-server architecture from QA perspective.
6. Experience in testing web server and web browser Or experience in audio & video call verification.
7. Experience in creation of test plan/test cases & test case execution.
8. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
9. Interact, communicate & share status with onsite team & peers on timely basis.
