Basic Job Purpose:
- To achieve LI sales targets, plan and execute strategies to enhance the sale, generate new avenues for growth and revenue though third party telesales channel.
- Manage external third party team of supervisors and telecallers.
- Identification of potential customer segments for enhancement of x - sell opportunity.
- Strong coordination with external and internal stakeholders to ensure x - sell target is met. Extensive coordination with field sales channel to ensure LI conversion on Vendor leads
- Execute specific sales methodology, sales funnel management, dialer strategy and CRM management.
- Interact with product and operations team to ensure robust process management.
- Responsible for enforcing and observing controls and compliance rules as per bank requirement.
- Keep abreast with new products and competitors activities.
- Analyze CRM reports and generate actionable insights.
Education & Experience:
- MBA with 2-10 yrs of telesales experience from Banks/Insurance companies.
