BSCS:

Job Description

Strong experience in Architecture, Solutioning, Design and Implementation in BSCS Billing

Amdocs Billing

Job Description:

Seeking candidates with proven and vast experience working as Tier 2 Billing Support Experience. MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE.

Types of Candidates Profiles needed Include:
1. Tier 2 Support Analysts - Billing (need to focus on Billing Rejects and Fallout area)
2. Tier 2 Support Analysts - Billing (need to focus on AMDD/Invoice Production area)
3. Onsite Lead for both areas

Skills / Responsibilities:

On going activities monitoring and handling - AMC, TRB (via TRB Gui), ongoing rejects handling.
EOD & EOM monitoring - Make sure EOD/EOM has finished successfully before starting EOC flow.
EOC Monitoring:
- Before - Check candidates for rejects and handle them before cycle start.
- During - Monitor the cycle run and make sure nothing is stuck in the middle
- After EOC has finished - handle rejects and send report to management for status , performance and quality.
Workaround management - Create and manage work arounds - all workarounds should be approved by DBA and also checked from business aspect -In case there is a major impact on revenue - this requires approval by the business. Workarounds should be removed once the permanent fix has been initiated.
Billing Rejects - monitor, run W/A for known issues in PR and analyze new issues so W/A's and HF's can be found
Report Analysis - Analyze total rejects and the impact on the revenue
Defect Management - Report, analyze and answer defects. Work together with the business in order to prioritize current PR defects by calculating the number of customers effected, customer experience and lost revenue.
Reconciliation reports - create, run and monitor reconciliation between one component to the other in order to identify issues early, and minimize future PR defects.
CR prioritization - work with the business in order to prioritize future CR's for current defects and future enhancements.
QA support - first line of support for the QA team in order to minimize developers time spent on defects related to design/ execution issues

Amdocs OMS

Job Description
We are seeking candidates with proven and vast experience working as OMS & Order Fallout Experts.
Amdocs CES 7.5+ experience, OMS/Order Fallout/OMS Testing

Skills / Responsibilities:

In depth knowledge of technical analysis production fallout orders (ordering tree logic, stacked orders, stuck orders, malformed XML and data mismatch / errors)
Provide critical and speedy resolution of fallout orders ranging from data manipulation, SQL scripting and DB updating, reformulating XML to help orders move along in the Amdocs OMS provisioning system
SQL, Oracle and DB experience mandatory
Identify and provide bulk fixes / resolutions for large quantity of orders failing
Communicate and assist development teams in critical production fixes
Develop proven Methods of Procedures (MOP) for common error fixes, and train new team members
Utilize system tools and resources to insure timely order fallout resolution
Provide help desk support for clients utilizing all available resources and tools
Assist Tier 2, Executive Escalations and other internal teams with solving complex client issues and accounts

Charging Specialist

Should have 2 or more years hands-on experience with one or more of the following competencies:

1. GSM / IN call flow, CAMEL, UNIX, Solaris, DIAMETER, SMPP, RADIUS, Web Services,IP networking, client server concepts etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Support System (Prepaid Charging) CS 3.0 / CS 4.0/CS 5.0 nodes CCN, DWS/CRS, Service Switching & Service Control functions etc.
2. Install, Integrate and commission the network nodes under Business Support System solutions.
3. Conduct Acceptance Tests with the customer.

2. Adaptability to work in cross functional teams

5. Prior experience on Prepaid IN or Mediation products (Ericsson Charging System preferred) etc.
