Should have 4.5 yrs To 8 years of PeopleSoft HRMS Technical experience.
Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 or higher.
Should have worked on the HRM/HCM modules
Should have Experience in various technical tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Package, Component Interface, Application Engine.
Module, Reports, Module Pool, Data dictionary, Interface, Enhancement (User Exit/BADI/Enhancement Framework, Webdynpro SmartForms.
Should have Experience in various reporting tools like SQR, XML Publisher, nVision, Query Manager.
Should have good knowledge on setup & configurations of the modules like HRMS/HCM.
Should have worked at least one full life cycle Upgrade.
