1. 10+ years of experience in ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem , Change , Release, Configuration Management)
2. Experience in Level 2 and Leve1 3 support models to delivery services to the account/client
3. Hands-on experience with HP Service Center or HP Service Manager or similar workflow tool with the ability to perform tool demonstrations
4. Experience integrating workflow tools with other enterprise management tools
5. 5+ years of Good Working knowledge of BizTalk Architecture and other similar integration tools.
