Key Responsibilities of the role are as below:
Systematic growth of business by achieving targets in terms of volumes, values and contribution while adhering to Company's credit policy norms.
Leading the Sales team to co-ordinate the supply chain including logistics, distribution and sales.
Plan revenue; monitor & control the budget for local sales promotion and keep the working capital within the company norms.
Generating of new businesses to meet the set targets.
Developing new markets and appointing new distributors.
Managing a team of sales officers and responsible for their target achievement and career growth.
Desired Skills and Experience:
B. Sc (Agriculture) / M. Sc (Agriculture) with MBA / PGDM( Marketing)
6-10 years of relevant experience in Sales with at least 2 years of team leading experience.
Good analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with business finance and problem solving techniques.
Dynamic and Result Oriented with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Should be willing to travel extensively in the region
