Provide support for system issues to determine whether the issue is with people, process, or technology
Work within IT / Oracle to debug and resolve system errors, including recommending solution alternatives.
Assess and recommend improvements to business processes & supporting design.
Deliver technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and conform to the technical architecture.
Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.
Business process analysis, solution design and implementation of related systems applications.
Should have worked on Core HR with Release 12 and Fusion HCM, especially with Goal Management and Talent management suite. Knowledge of integration between EBS HR & Fusion HCM a must.
Good communication skills to independently support HR process globally. Knowledge of OTL module and ADP connect a plus.
Strong knowledge of SQL to help troubleshoot issues, extract data for integrations etc. is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience related to HR systems and processes with exposure to Fusion HCM modules
Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
