SAP ISU CRM Techno Functional
Minimum 6 + yrs of experience in Techno Functional SAP CRM 7.0 with E2E implementation.
Minimum of 1-2 no. of E2E Implementation experience in CRM with strong integration of IS-U Customer service (BBP, Configuration, Realization, Testing and Go-Live).
Should have experience in one of Electricity, Water & Gas
Worked independently with proven client facing experience
Experience in writing architectural and solutions considerations & taking decisions on the same
Conducting regular workshops with client during the project BP/FS Design requirement/review workshops, testing workshops etc.
Must have strong working technical experience in the CRM 7.0 environment - implementing Workflow (BADI framework), BADI implementations, debugging in CRM and
SAP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, custom reports, smart forms, SAP BRF Plus.
Knowledge on SAP PI, Portal and ABAP interfaces would be an added advantage
Must be good at root cause analysis, debugging, IDOC monitoring and debugging in CRM 7.0 environment.
Preferable skill set Should have worked in SD, CRM, HR modules and understand the business processes related to CRM including developments.
Must be well conversant in working on Incident and Change Management processes and exposure to tools would be added advantage.
Must have Integration knowledge with SAP ECC and other third party systems
