Job Description

This is a strategic role where the incumbent is required to think through and help achieve the objectives that are set out.
Will be responsible for overall Oracle R12 implementation, support and future state.
Will work closely with Business and understand the challenges of the given function and suggest the area of improvement.
Should have been hands on and has experienced of at least 2 two large end-to-end R12 implementation cycles.
Works closely with other peer teams and ensure smooth integration.
Should have strong management skills to guide the technical and business through implementation process as well as ensure the uptime of the application.
Develops complete and accurate business roadmap.
Ensuring SLAs are documented, articulated and agreed with Business.

c. Roles & responsibilities:

Works closely with other technical teams and ensure smooth integration.
Should have strong management skills to guide the technical and business through implementation process as well as ensure the uptime of the application.
Develops complete and accurate business roadmap.
Ensuring SLAs are documented, articulated and agreed with Business.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develops functional specifications and assists in system design specifications for client engagements.
Should be responsible for end-to-end closure of Change Requests.
Works with business owners and delivery work streams to develop optimal solutions and understand other projects in the given functional area.
Work with project manager/s to plan analysis work and highlight risks and issues and provides periodic reports to the stakeholders.
You will be technical but not to the degree where you will be cutting code. Expectation is OWN & help team troubleshoot the problems as & when they may arise.

d. Qualification:
BE/ BTech/ MTech/ MCA
Preferred MBA/ Other Industrial certifications
Minimum of two large Oracle Financial (R12) implementations that you have been responsible in playing a lead role. Ideally in AP, I Expense, FA, AR, GL, Cash Mgmt, Project, OTL, Purchase modules.
Preferred From End User industry.

e. Minimum Experience:
12+ years

f. Must Have:
Should have understanding about the network topography inclusive of clusters, load balancer, interfaces for other apps/ frameworks.
Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions with project management.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Develops functional specifications and assist in system design specifications for client engagements.
Manages client expectations effectively.
You will have a minimum of 5 years project/ program management experience managing application based projects.
Working and negotiating with vendors will be plus.

g. Soft Skills:
Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills.
Facilitation, Mentoring, and Negotiation skills.
Experience documenting business processes.
Experience documenting business requirements.
Problem solving and Critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership abilities, including an assertive yet collaborative personality, to affect change across multiple organizations.
