TEAM LEAD: FINANCIAL REPORTING & CLIENT ACCOUNTING
Organize and assign work in the team, Set short term priorities, monitoring all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
Sending End of Day Status and month end Status to the Management.
Establish and ensure documentation on process updates.
Identify training gaps within the team and develops the teams' ability through formal and informal coaching/training.
Update daily reporting for the team; with all the issues and developments
Ability to resolve escalation, difficult and rare issues and has been able to come up with a resolution within the deadline so as to satisfy the Business/Clients needs and requirements.
Preparing Issue log, Corporate and Institutional Services (C&IS) reports.
Create monthly competency matrix of team members, and let the team know on their abilities and areas of improvement.
Catch up with team members individually every month to understand their concerns and career goals, and effectively work towards achieving them.
Conduct performance management and career development processes.
Provide input and support the yearly appraisal for my team.
Conduct interviews to hire new joiners and senior analysts.
Currently leading a team of 14 members.
