The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is the subject matter expert on talent acquisition & sourcing for company. Responsible for developing the appropriate talent acquisition strategies in India, while managing the end to-end talent acquisition process, the TAM act as the single point of contact for all Hiring Managers, HRD and HR Business partners. The TAM is responsible to define profile requirements, interviewing & selection, candidate management and offers, as well as coordinating the mobilization and on-boarding process.
At Group Level the Talent Acquisition Manager is expected to participate in and contribute to Group Staffing projects, working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Director for the implementation of Group Talent Acquisition Strategies & initiatives.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is expected to recommend the most appropriate recruitment strategy for each Recruitment project in India, providing sourcing & selection solutions: via company Careers and company candidate database, Country specific social networks & groups, advertising campaigns, employee referrals etc.
Conducting face to face interviews and administering tests or assessment centers where relevant for shortlisted candidates
The TAM will work closely with the Business to identify future talent and proactively develop talent pools. He/ she is expected to provide full consultative service to line managers with regards to the recruitment industry and specific market trends.
Good recruitment experience in IT and Engineering industries with around 10+ years of experience, Good stability and from good institute.
