1. Minimum 5 years of experience is required
2. Good Communication & Written skills, able to manage US customer independently
3. Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Advanced PL-SQL (Primary Skill - mandatory) with strong performance tuning experience.
4. Ability to write Packages
5. Ability to identify and resolve technical issues with excellent troubleshooting skills
6. Experience in data validation concepts, and SQL tuning
7. Knowledge in ticketing tools
8. Knowledge in Unix, Unix shell scripting is an added advantage
9. Nature of work would be 24/7 on call support.
