Job Description :
The position is responsible to lead the ongoing delivery of FnA operations and to enhance performance for the team, by delivering services as per targets and continuously improving processes, enhance team and customer engagement with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction, seamless delivery of organization objectives & to add value to the business within the limits of GSC Organization guidelines and to manage the administrative aspects related to the team & process at the site.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Inspire, motivate and engage the team towards the priorities set by Business Partners.
Proactive engagement with Business Partner and senior stakeholders, in order to deliver the end to end goals as ONE TEAM.
Active involvement with the Project team to support the newly implemented ERP.
Drive performance excellence by creating a culture of innovation and continues improvement.
Overall responsible for execution of planned migrations to the site
Responsible for Service Delivery, compliance and control environment for processes off shored.
Responsible for recruitment, developing pipeline and competent team.
