- Responsible for the distribution dimension of overall Organization Performance Scorecard and delivery of the associated targets
- Co-develop, direct and control the distribution strategy and development activities of the organization.
- Accountability for all distribution-facing strategic initiatives
- Support in development of short, medium and long range distribution strategies for the achievement of overall business objectives.
- Analyze the impact of external economic factors and regulatory changes which may influence business plans.
- Institutionalize a review cadence mechanism and ensure periodic business, strategic initiative and project reviews.
