Provides consultative support to HR and Business Leaders in the following area:
1. Talent Management and Analytics
2. Organization Diagnostics and Design,
3. Organization Culture & Change Management,
4. Leadership development.
Uses organizational effectiveness tools and practices as required to accelerate organizational and team performance, including but not limited to establishment of RASIC, MOS, rules of engagement.
Drives robust performance management tools and systems at both individual and organizational level.
Assist the organization with leadership development, succession planning, career frameworks, competency frameworks and other talent management activities.
Identifies L&D needs for the business and partners with other
Develops and deploys business/functions specific high potential develop / mentoring programs
Facilitates the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key priorities; builds change management and organization design capability and accountability with line managers.
Assist the organization with succession planning and talent management activities.
Exceptional data analytics capability. Ability to make quick, but well thought-out hypothesis and leverage data for supporting executive decision making.
Exceptional communication skills with strong observational, probing and articulation capabilities.
Consultative contracting and scoping with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives.
Ability to influence stakeholders especially with peer group towards ensuring implementation of key projects.
Strong knowledge and experience with HR systems, competencies and best practices.
A self-initiating, independent thinker with proven experience in end-to-end ownership of initiatives that focus on major long term change
