Incumbent will be responsible for all the T&D activities - TNA, Training Calendar, Identification and ROI of internal & external trainers, Feedback & Improvement, Training Budget.
Addition responsibility with be PMS and KRA along with the Head of HR
Incumbent in not required to conduct training
Training areas are both - Soft skills development and Technical/ Functional Skill
Position reports to Head of HR
Most employees are in Sales function or Commercial SCM function
MBA is a must
8 to 12 yrs exp.
