Role:- This role is instrumental in driving Sales growth in the prescribed territory, in the identified industry verticals
" Its Corporate Sales IT Software.
" Leads Generation, follow-ups, making appointments with prospective customers.
" Planning monthly, Quarterly & yearly Business
" Achieving Sales Targets
" Customer Relationship Management
" Responsible for Business generation, Promotional & Marketing Activities
" Create Brand Promotions & Awareness through Events & Exhibitions etc.
" Formulating strategies to launch new schemes/products or to re-/market products for maximizing profits/revenues
" Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
" Generating Recurring business through Customer Relationship Management
" Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
" Developing sales strategies & Identify new markets and business opportunities
" Meeting sales targets
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:-
Good Interpersonal, Selling, Negotiation and Communication Skills are required in this position. Persistence and a can-do attitude are also critical to success.
The executive needs to be a learner, self driven, assertive, goal oriented and a positive thinker.
Credentials and Experience:-
The role prefers a Post Graduation in Management/MBA with specialisation in marketing from a recognized University.
This is desirable, not mandatory. This role also requires computer proficiency.
