Develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation and organizational development.
Drive a culture of growth, meeting commitments, and positive employee relations
Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions working closely with the CoE and country HR team.
Provide assistance to management on the planning and delivery of compensation.
Facilitate the planning and deployment of specific business/ sales transformation programs and activities in Asia Pacific
Supporting the new business/ organization requirements
Work with regional/ country HRG to align organization structure, roles and responsibilities, competencies competencies , metrics and rewards
