Incumbent will be responsible for the complete life cycle of an employee.
Also, as the company is in a start-up mode, the incumbent will also be designing and implementing new HR policies & processes.
Position reports in to the Country Head - an expat
EXCELLENT written and verbal communication is a must
Exp. in a consumer durable/ construction industry will have an added advantage
Recruitment will also be a major activity as the company is in a build mode at present
Incumbent should have depth of HR knowledge - defining organization structure, designations & grades, job descriptions, PMS, ability to set SMART KRAs for various departments.
Good at influencing, consensus building, and creating the desired organization culture.
Min. 12 and Max 18 yrs of relevant exp.
